Founder, Performer, Artistic Director of "The Body Talks Project".
My improvisation practice is infused with love, sensitivity, creativity, compassion, insight & humour. The Body Talks Project is an authentic exploration of the human body, heart & mind.

My professional background in Performance, Teaching & Experiential Learning includes: Dance (Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance & Creative Dance), Improvised Movement Theatre, Text and Improvisation, Dance Movement Therapy, Laban Movement Analysis, Body Mind Centering, Pilates Movement Therapy, Embodied Anatomy, Restorative Yoga, Embodied Meditation & Somatic Movement, Generalist & Arts Specialist Education (Primary & Tertiary levels) and Contemplative Arts Practices, as an Artist, Educator, Facilitator and Researcher.

Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary) La Trobe University

Professional Registration: Generalist & Arts Education Specialist Educator/Facilitator for Primary & Tertiary levels with The Victorian Institute of Teaching. (2002 - Current)
